Amenities include an Isotherm refrigerator, a Dometic cooktop, ceiling vents, a water heater, and blackout curtains. Spartan travel trailers were produced by the Spartan Aircraft Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma, between 1945 and 1962, and their designs were influenced by aircraft construction techniques. Featuring Art Deco styling by G.R. Schutes, the Manor model was offered in various evolutions until 1962. The aluminum exterior of this example was repaired and polished during the refurbishment. Additional work involved replacing the windows, weatherstripping, screens, and screen doors. A five-pole awning with a striped canopy covers the porch area, and other features include LED taillights, street-side and camp-side entry doors with porthole windows, boarding steps, and Spartan badging. The trailer weighs approximately 4,000 lbs. and measures approximately 25? long and 8′ wide.A Dexter 8k-lb axle was fitted during the refurbishment along with steel wheels, black wall tires, and electrically actuated drum brakes. Other equipment includes two propane tanks, a seven-pin trailering electrical connector, and a manual tongue jack. Connections for water, waste disposal, and electrical service are positioned on the street side. The outdoor camping accessories are not included in the sale. The interior is outfitted with woodgrain vinyl flooring and gray-painted walls along with wall sconces, recessed overhead lighting, and residential-style power outlets. A three-pane panoramic window is up front, and the lounge area is furnished with a sofa bed upholstered in gray cloth, a swiveling chair, and an area rug.
